The house is separated to the main (two level) building (130 sq meters) and the guest-house (25 sq meters). The main house has 2 bedrooms. One master bedroom with its own bathroom and a desk to work and a second one with two single beds. It accommodates at least 4 persons. It has a kitchen (fully equipped), a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. The guesthouse has one bedroom, a small living room, its own kitchen, a bathroom and it accommodates up to 3 persons.

There is a patio, a veranda and 16 windows with stunning panoramic views to the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands, as well as views to beautiful landscapes with traditional pigeon houses and windmills.

The house has its own heating system and it is also perfect for winter stay.
